I am a huge breakfast person. It’s my favorite meal of the day and I simply cannot go without it. Even if I wake up up 1pm in the afternoon, I need to start my day with breakfast food. I enjoy savory breakfast foods, I’d choose a bacon egg and cheese over a stack of pancakes any day. Unfortunately I woke up this morning with ZERO eggs and was forced to improvise. I’m a huge fan of peanut butter and banana sandwiches, and I had a ton of fresh fruit in my fridge, so I decided to get a little creative.
What You’ll Need:
– Sliced Bread (I prefer whole wheat)
– Peanut Butter
How To Make It:
Step 1: Cut all of your fruits into thin slices
Step 2: Smooth a tablespoon of peanut butter onto each slice of bread.
Step 3: Add the sliced fruits to each side of bread and press together.
Step 4: Grill using a small skillet or panini press. Flatten down the sandwich using a spatula.
Step 5: Cut in half and enjoy!
